About the role
Cat Temple is looking for warm, attentive service professionals to join our opening teams in Milan and London. You will help create a polished but relaxed guest experience while respecting the comfort and freedom of our resident cats.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome guests and guide them through the Cat Temple experience
- Take orders and serve food and drinks with care and accuracy
- Explain the menu, the concept and our cat welfare principles
- Keep dining and guest areas clean, calm and well prepared
- Handle payments and support smooth daily service
- Follow food safety, hygiene and cat care procedures
What we are looking for
- Hospitality or customer service experience is welcome but not essential
- A naturally friendly, patient and professional manner
- Confidence in a busy, team-based environment
- Care for detail, cleanliness and animal wellbeing
- The legal right to work in the location for which you apply
